Eastman Resins, Inc., a subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company, expressed its sorrow at the death of Chris Serauskas. Mr. Serauskas passed away on Dec. 8, 2002 after a long illness and was laid to rest in Chicago, IL on Dec. 28.
